He has a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D.) in Chemical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He is a Certified Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institute of America. His in-depth analysis and control from project inception to completion sets him apart from his contemporaries. His experience in project delivery cuts across the enginering and built environment as he has participated in many civil and heavy engineering projects around the country. Moses continues to attend seminars, workshops within and outside the country with a view to improving project delivery.
